Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: East Bay CA
Rate: $40.00 $50.00 per hour
Shift: Evenings 8 hours per day
Shift Schedule: MondayFriday PM shift plus 1 parttime weekend PM shift available
Role Overview:
Providing essential XRay and EKG services (when required) to various healthcare facilities including nursing homes and other medical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment to perform Xrays.
- Ensure diagnostic quality of Xrays and submit images to Radiologists for interpretation.
- Conduct and transmit EKGs as needed to Cardiologists for analysis.
- Manage and transport portable Xray equipment within facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of examinations and handle daily paperwork and billing documents.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch management and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure maintenance of vehicle and Xray equipment.
