Job Description
Job Title: Social Worker (LSW/LPC)
Location: Zanesville Ohio
Salary: $45000 $60000 per year
Shift: Varied Days/Evenings
Hours: Fulltime 32 hours per week
Overview:
We are committed to providing exceptional care. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Dependency Counselor to help us continue our mission of delivering comprehensive behavioral health services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct counseling services and support to individuals dealing with chemical dependency and related behavioral health issues.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and effective recovery strategies.
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Social Work.
- Must be licensed in Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Must hold a current certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor (CDC). Applications lacking CDC certification will not be considered.
- Strong clinical skills in behavioral health and substance abuse treatment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
