Job Description
Job Title: Surgical Technologist
Location: Lakeway Texas
Shift: 12Hour Days / 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 3
Scheduled Hours: 36 per week
Salary: $24.55 $35.54 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team in Lakeway Texas. This role is crucial in supporting surgical operations ensuring the safety and efficiency of procedures through proper preparation and handling of surgical instruments and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
- Ensure all instruments and materials are available and in proper condition for surgeries.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of the operating room.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide instruments and supplies to surgeons during operations.
- Perform counts of sponges sharps and instruments to maintain surgical safety.
- Manage the sterilization and maintenance of surgical tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited program in Surgical Technology.
- At least 2 years of surgical technologist experience.
- Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain it within 30 days of hire.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from the NBSTSA or NCCT unless grandfathered under previous requirements.
