Job Description
Job Title: Procedural RN Day Surgery
Location: Frisco Texas
Shift: 8Hour Days (7:00 AM 3:00 PM)
Shift Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40
Salary: $32 $53/hour
About the Role:
Join a pioneering healthcare team at our new stateoftheart facility in Frisco Texas opening July 2025. As a Procedural Registered Nurse in Day Surgery youll deliver exceptional care and play a key role in shaping patient experiences in a fastpaced innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient assessments develop individualized care plans and evaluate responses to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Assist with procedures and monitor patients during pre and postoperative care.
- Provide education and guidance to patients families and healthcare staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement evidencebased practices.
- Collaborate with the surgical team and contribute to a safe efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- BSN or higher education in nursing.
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in Day Surgery or PACU in a hospital setting.
- Active RN license.
- BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire).
