Job Title: Nurse Manager ICU
Location: Frisco Texas
Shift: 8 HR Days (07:00 AM 03:00 PM)
Shift Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40
Salary: $32 $53

Key Responsibilities
- Lead nursing practices and maintain high standards of care.

- Implement evidencebased practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee resource allocation policy formation and staff development.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Ensure ongoing professional development for yourself and your team.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (required).
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Active RN License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
