Job Description
Job Title: RN Nurse Supervisor Emergency Department (ED)
Location: Frisco TX
Shift Per Week: 3
Scheduled Hours: 36
Salary: $32 $53
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing and unit staff to ensure quality compassionate patient care.
- Oversee daily operations staffing and resource allocation.
- Foster a safe supportive environment for patients families and staff.
- Implement evidencebased practices quality improvement initiatives and team collaboration.
- Provide nursing care as needed and act as a leader in emergency response situations.
- Mentor coach and support staff professional growth and education.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with leadership experience preferred.
- Active RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
