Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Peterborough NH
Shift Type: Days
Hours: 37.5 hours/week (salaried position)
Schedule: No weekends or holidays
Salary Range: $67000 $90000/year (dependent on experience)

Job Overview:
The Physical Therapist will provide evaluations and treatments for patients from pediatrics to geriatrics developing individualized plans with measurable goals. The role includes patient education collaboration with the care team documentation and supervision of therapy assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide effective therapy treatments and assess their outcomes.
- Educate patients families and team members to achieve established goals.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation and billing.
- Communicate patient progress and needs with team members and insurance/case managers.
- Supervise and provide direction to therapy assistants.
- Participate in professional development and department projects.
