Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source and accredit licensed brokers to promote Filinvest projects
- Serves as a point of reference between Filinvest Land Inc. and accredited brokers Assists accredited brokers on how to best promote the company properties to attract advantageous offers
- Mediate the dealings between brokers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
- Conceptualize and organize marketing activities/events for accredited brokers
- Plans/proposes incentive programs to entice brokers attract more brokers to join the team and generate more sales for the existing ones
- Oversee accredited brokers marketing activities to ensure sales target is achieved.
- Oversees the performance of brokers
- Perform other tasks as maybe required.
Qualifications:
- With at least 4years experience with real estate preferably sales and marketing
- Capable in handling big team
- At least supervisory level from previous company.
- With good network of Brokers.
