Job Description
Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance; provide strategic insights.
Develop and manage budgets and longterm financial plans; monitor performance and provide variance analysis.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations; oversee audits and implement necessary compliance measures.
Real estate development and REIT experience required
Tax regulations and requirements related to Real estate builders and REIT structure required
Mentor and lead finance teams; provide training and support for skill enhancement.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements for operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals and support crossfunctional projects.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Preferred / Masters (Finance)
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum 58 years.
Experience in construction (real estate builders) and REIT structure required
