Responsibilities
- Maintain and update supplier information pricing and contract management systems.
- Resolve issues related to lastmile delivery customer complaints and financial discrepancies.
- Ensure the precision of supplier performance tracking and invoice configuration rules.
- Evaluate cost variances and suggest corrective measures.
- Assist in supplier development initiatives process creation and collaboration between departments.
- Monitor servicelevel agreements (SLA) for lastmile suppliers pinpoint challenges and devise solutions.
- Supervise outbound operations SLA compliance while addressing any operational issues that arise.
- Execute and oversee supplier service projects in conjunction with Product Development Management (PDM).
Requirements
- A bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience with internet products.
- Over 5 years expertise in supply chain management or crossborder logistics is essential; experience within ecommerce logistics is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated capabilities in data analysis as well as project management are crucial.
- Strong communication skills along with problemsolving abilities and adaptability are required.
- Fluency in English is necessary.
