Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning design promotion and management of centralized exchange trading products (e.g. Spot Future) ensuring they remain competitive in the market.
- Perform user and market research to understand user needs within crypto exchange space optimize product features and enhance user experience.
- Work closely with the development team to resolve any issues during product development to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor market performance of the blockchain products conduct product optimization through data analysis.
- Regularly report on product performance and propose product improvement strategies.
- Participate in new product development initiatives and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with a strong interest and passion for blockchain industry
- Proven track records in product and project management
- Indepth financial products (future/option/spot) knowledge preferred
- A keen sense of industry trends and user needs in Blockchain with the agility to respond quickly to market shifts.
- Possess strong data analysis skills able to leverage data insights to guide product improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management problemsolving and communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
