Job Title: Field Sales Executive Medical Insurance

Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive (FSE) in Medical Insurance is responsible for acquiring new clients maintaining relationships with existing clients and achieving sales targets by selling medical insurance products. This role involves fieldwork client visits prospecting networking and educating customers about medical insurance plans and their benefits. The FSE will work closely with other sales team members and the branch to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
- Actively prospect for new clients (individuals and businesses) and generate sales opportunities for medical insurance products.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate medical insurance plans and coverage options.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up diligently to close sales.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and timely followups.
- Address client queries concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that clients understand the benefits and terms of the policies they purchase.

Market Research & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify potential target clients and new business opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends competitor offerings and market conditions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities customer interactions and progress towards targets using CRM tools.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and businesses both in person and via digital platforms.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Product Knowledge & Training:
- Continuously update knowledge of medical insurance products policy terms benefits and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Administrative Tasks:
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for the issuance of policies and related services.
- Work closely with underwriting claims and support teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claim resolution.

Compliance & Ethical Conduct:
- Adhere to all legal ethical and company policies and guidelines in all sales and business activities.
- Ensure that all client interactions and sales processes comply with regulatory requirements of the insurance industry.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of field sales experience preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. Experience in medical or health insurance sales is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Orientation: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Customer Focus: Ability to build longterm relationships with clients and provide personalized service to meet their needs.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to handle objections and resolve client concerns effectively.

Qualifications:
- Education: 12th Pass
- Travel: The role requires travel within the assigned territory and candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork.
