Jr.Creative Designer 3 Years
Role and Responsibilities:
Creative Development: Conceptualize and design visually stunning marketing
materials including digital and print assets presentations social media graphics and
website visuals that align with Transcoms brand identity and marketing goals.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs maintain a consistent look and feel that
reflects Transcoms brand guidelines and voice across all platforms.
Account Based Marketing design and creative support: Many times were supporting
key strategic accounts whether to grow business or close a deal. The sales and
marketing materials used during these processes require more creativity to bring across
the clients brand vision and tone of voice. As the lead designer for AAPAC you will
lead in the creative ideation and creative development of bespoke partnership materials
that comprise the client and Transcom brand.
Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with the marketing sales and product
teams to understand project requirements target audiences and business objectives
translating these into impactful designs.
Innovation & Trends: Stay current with industry trends tools and technology to
continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our creative content.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely
delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of creative assets ensuring easy
access and efficient workflow management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a creative design role with a strong portfolio
showcasing a range of design skills across various media.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
and other design tools. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a
plus.
Creative Vision: Strong eye for design color typography and composition with a
passion for creating visually compelling content.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the
ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment managing multiple projects
with changing priorities.
