Job Description
Responsibilities
Quality Strategy Development: Define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy aligned with business goals and project requirements.
Communication: Ability to articulate and effectively communicate with all the stakeholders to indulge in testing discussions.
Test Framework Design: Architect and maintain scalable robust and reusable test automation frameworks across various platforms and environments.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices for test automation performance testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Tool Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend testing tools technologies and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA engineers and developers to foster a culture of quality across teams.
Performance and Security Testing: Design and execute advanced performance scalability and security testing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with development product management and operations teams to ensure quality is integrated into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of testing strategies and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or C#.
Expertise in test automation tools like Selenium Appium JMeter or similar.
Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins Azure DevOps or GitLab CI.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes).
Experience with AI/MLbased testing tools and strategies.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in Healthcare/Pharma domain.
