Job Description
Title: Technical Lead Dynamics CRM
Experience: 10 Years
Notice Period: 15 Days or less
Location: Remote / Bangalore Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST
Job Description:
- Lead the design development and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives system architecture standards and best practices for scalability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers fostering growth in Dynamics 365 expertise while ensuring code quality efficient development practices and timely delivery of solutions.
- Expertly configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales Customer Service Finance & Operations etc.) using Power Platform C (if applicable) and other relevant tools ensuring seamless integration with thirdparty applications and systems.
- Drive endtoend technical solutions including integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems (ERP CRM and external APIs) leveraging Azure services web services and data integration techniques.
- Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 updates new features and Microsoft technologies evaluating and recommending enhancements to continually improve system capabilities user experience and overall performance.
- Expertise handling team and end to end delivery.
- Must have excellent communication skills
