Job Description
As directed by the primary nurse performs work processes to accomplish organizational goals and positive patient outcomes. These work processes include patient education comfort/pain management psycho/social support wound and skin management care coordination and diagnostic/interventional procedures. Scope of practice includes patients of all ages.
Requirement description :
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Required except Sundays
On Call Requirements : No
Requirement description :
- 2 Years of experience Required
- 2 Successful Travel Assignments Required
- BLS Preferred
- Chronic Dialysis Experience Required
- ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 100 mile radius restriction)
