Key Responsibilities-
Network Design and Implementation:
- Plan design and implement network solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Configure and deploy routers switches and other network devices.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular backups and upgrades for network hardware and software.

Security Management:
- Implement and maintain network security measures such as firewalls and VPNs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and protocols.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and updates.
- Provide reports on network status and performance to management.

Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with IT and other departments to support business operations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members when necessary.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in networking concepts protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP) and standards.

Experience in managing Cisco network devices is preferred.

Familiarity with tools for monitoring and diagnosing network issues.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Certifications:
- CCNA Certification is mandatory. Additional certifications in networking will be an advantage.
