Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations ensuring efficient processes regulatory compliance and performance monitoring.
- Supervise train and mentor staff ensuring adequate staffing levels performance reviews and development opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service address escalated issues and maintain longterm customer satisfaction.
- Identify risks ensure compliance with policies and regulations and oversee security and cash handling.
- Assist in achieving financial goals monitor KPIs manage budgets and implement process improvements.
- Support sales growth train staff on products and promotions and provide regular operational and financial reports to senior management.
