Job Description

Job Description:
  1. Evaluate the current website and application from UI/UX perspective and create a summary of observations and improvements.
  2. Benchmark other gaming and nongaming applications to check the best practices and identify opportunities to learn and improve our offerings.
  3. Evaluate the Customer feedbacks received over the last 1 year and identify areas of improvements for UI/UX.
  4. Evaluate the User Journeys and dropoffs on Website and Application to understand the disconnect or dissatisfaction of our users and plan necessary communications at the critical junctures.
  5. Create a revised UI/UX journey and showcase the same to all stakeholders with reasonings mockups flowcharts and expected outcomes.
  6. Create a plan with timelines for deployment of suggested changes and improvements.
  7. Constantly monitor the journeys dropoffs and stickiness post deployment of the new UI/UX and make iterations as and when necessary.
Education and Experience:

1. Masters degree in Design

2. Minimum 2 4 years experience in UI/UX role experience with Consumer Tech or Gaming will be preferred

3. Has expertise in using the Adobe tools like Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premier Pro After Effects

4. Has solid understanding of Design Thinking and Consumer Behavior

5. Has ability to design User Journeys basis selfstudy existing data and customer insights

6. Has successfully designed and executed a UI/UX revamp project achieving the desired outcome
