Job Title: Customer Facing Customer Insight
Location: Tadworth Surrey KT20 7NT
Job Type: 6 Months
Job Description
Customer Facing Customer Insight role will be supporting CFC Insights UK Lead and will be responsible for supporting 2 areas:
Data Stewardship:
- Daily review of Reltio Profile merges for HCP and HCOs
- Maintenance of Data Change Request for PforceRx into Reltio
- Manage standalone profiles in Reltio
- Support CFCi Lead during data integration projects as required
- Work with OneKey to further enrich customer profiles
Data Provision and Reporting:
- Knowledge of UK Business and Field Force
- Knowledge and support of Smart (Microstrategy) reporting platform
- Create CFC reports using Microstrategy Dossier reports
- Support IIS team in the provision of Ad Hoc reports as necessary
- Complete assigned DSR trainings in a timely manner as assigned.
Candidate requirement :
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of tableau
- Good understanding of data querying
- Experience/knowledge on report building preferably on a dossierbased platform as most data extraction and report creation will be in Microstrategy
