Job Description
Job Title: L3 Application Support Engineer (GMI/AS400)
Location: Salt Lake City UT. (Onsite Mandatory)
Duration: 6 Months
Must Have:
- Should be extremely good in GMI/AS400
- GMI application support knowledge is a must not just admin or L2/L3 support
Experience:
- Proven experience in a dedicated L3 support role specializing in GMI application and AS400 systems.
- Indepth knowledge of GMI application support beyond basic administration or L2 support.
- Strong expertise in AS400 architecture database management and system operations.
- Handson experience in application performance tuning issue resolution and incident management.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage highpressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain clear and concise technical records.
- Strong organizational skills.
