Job Description

Job Title: L3 Application Support Engineer (GMI/AS400)

Location: Salt Lake City UT. (Onsite Mandatory)

Duration: 6 Months

Must Have:

  1. Should be extremely good in GMI/AS400
  2. GMI application support knowledge is a must not just admin or L2/L3 support

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a dedicated L3 support role specializing in GMI application and AS400 systems.
  • Indepth knowledge of GMI application support beyond basic administration or L2 support.
  • Strong expertise in AS400 architecture database management and system operations.
  • Handson experience in application performance tuning issue resolution and incident management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage highpressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation skills to maintain clear and concise technical records.
  • Strong organizational skills.
