Job Description
- Key Skills
- Technical Business Analysis Expertise: Extensive experience as a business analyst with a deep understanding of subsurface and wells data domains in the oil and gas sector.
- Stakeholder and EndUser Collaboration: Proficient in communicating with diverse stakeholders (technical and nontechnical) to gather and clarify functional requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Backlog Management: Skilled in creating maintaining and prioritizing a product backlog based on gathered requirements ensuring efficient workflow for development teams.
- Product Ownership: Strong experience in product ownership including driving the vision ensuring the delivery of valuable features and aligning priorities with business goals.
- Communication and EndUser Support: Excellent communication skills adept at conducting enduser demos setting functional work item priorities through stakeholder collaboration publishing release notes and providing ongoing support to endusers via various communication channels.
- Agile Practices and Leadership: Experienced in Agile methodologies acting as a Scrum Master to drive Agile ceremonies foster team collaboration and promote Agile ways of working.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with deep technical knowledge of subsurface and wells data domains.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree (or higher) in a relevant technical or businessrelated field
- Strong Technical Background: Demonstrated expertise in managing wells and subsurface data ensuring accurate and effective data usage within business processes.
- Agile Certification: Certified Scrum Master with proven experience leading Agile teams and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
