Join 3EX.COM where we blend innovation and creativity to develop cuttingedge digital products. We are looking for a talented UX/UI Product Designer/Product Manager to join our dynamic team and help us create usercentered designs that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Role Overview:
As a UX/UI Product Designer/Product Manager you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs behaviors and pain points.
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop user personas user journeys and other UX and UI artifacts to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction visuals and user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and work closely with developers during the implementation phase.
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends tools and best practices in UX/UI design.
Key Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English communications
- Experience: Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar.
- Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
- Design Sensibility: Solid understanding of design principles typography color theory and usercentered design methodologies.
- Prototyping: Experience in creating interactive prototypes and wireframes.
- ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
