Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Superintendent with a strong background in clean water treatment facilities. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about contributing to a growing company and eager to guide the next generation of electricians in the water treatment industry. If you have a knack for leading teams and a strong technical background in electrical systems especially in water treatment contexts we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project execution in clean and wastewater treatment sectors.
  • Manage and supervise tasks involving powering 480 volts systems.
  • Oversee the installation and servicing of lift stations and booster stations.
  • Ensure adherence to all quality and safety standards in project execution.
  • Coordinate effectively with third parties such as general contractors subcontractors and inspection services.
  • Guarantee project completion within set budgets timeframes and maintaining highquality standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent preferably in industrial clean or wastewater treatment sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing and working with 480 volts electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated ability in overseeing the installation and servicing of lift and booster stations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software such as BlueBeam Procore and ProNovos.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of personnel clients and customers.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: Negotiable based on experience $45/hr overtime.
