Job Description
We are looking for CSR for a BPO Company in Cebu City
This role is an Onsite role that follows a Shifting Schedule
Salary pays up to 24K depending on experience and interview results
Minimum Requirement of at least 2 years of BPO experience required
Requirements:
- HS/SHS Graduate (Old/New)
- ALS Passers w/ certificate
- 2 years Vocational Bachelors Degree
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- 2 years BPO Experience
- 6 Months Sales (accumulative)
- 1 year Chat (accumulative)
- Combined Chat and Sales Experience w/ more than 1year BPO experience can be accommodated
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound customer service calls;
- Processing inbound sales calls;
- Taking inbound or placing outbound collections calls;
- Answering technical support inquiries via incoming calls chat or email;
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting researching and resolving customer issues; and
- Performing other duties as assigned.
