The Role
As a Mid Voltage Engineer you will utilize your expertise in electrical and civil engineering to manage the technical aspects of our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS). Your role will involve overseeing the technical design of our projects sharing your knowledge and taking a handson approach. You will manage EPC parties subcontracted by our client of their customers. While you enjoy explaining technical details to customers you wont need to handle salesthats for our sales team. Your focus will be on electrical and civil engineering.
You will join the Business Development team providing technical support to country sales teams and the expansion team. You will also use customer feedback to request new features from the product team.
Key Responsibilities
Skilled in developing tailored (electro)technical designs for specific projects.
Experienced in commissioning and working with selected partners.
Proficient in designing electrical infrastructure for energy storage systems.
Strong focus on time management cost control quality assurance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provides technical insights for customer EPC and O&M contracts.
Utilizes expertise and customer feedback to request features from the product team.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering.
Proven experience as a technical partner for components and assemblies in largescale storage systems.
Indepth knowledge of technical standards and grid operator connection requirements.
Practical handson experience with a proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
