Job description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic scrum Master to oversee software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and delivering highquality software solutions on time and within budget. You will work closely with development teams stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment with project goals managing resources risks and ensuring clear communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend project management of software development projects from initial planning through to final delivery.
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and work breakdown structures to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate internal resources and thirdparty vendors for flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor and manage project risks changes and dependencies ensuring all potential issues are addressed proactively.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders ensuring transparency.
- Ensure projects meet technical quality and compliance requirements while maintaining client expectations.
- Manage project budgets allocating resources efficiently to ensure costeffective delivery.
- Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration between development design quality assurance and business teams.
- Analyze project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA Asana MS Project).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP PRINCE2 or similar) is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to foresee and address challenges effectively.
- Solid technical background with understanding or handson experience in software development and web technologies.
- Clientfacing and internal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage project financials and resources efficiently.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in project management within a software house or related industry.
- Experience in Agile and/or Scrum project management frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
