Description
The Head Coach will:
- Report to the Athletic Director and will be responsible for recruitment maintaining roster size practice planning game scheduling and team travel and budget management of the sports program
- Alumni communication and fundraising for program needs
- Supervision of staff
- Follow NAIA Conference and University rules and regulations
- Recruit academically and athletically qualified fulltime studentathletes to participate in the program
- Assist athletic department in athletic issues as needed
We expect the Head Coach to:
Have 35 years of advanced coaching experience.
Have strong serviceoriented skills and the ability to have an exceptional customer service attitude.
Have strong communication and organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently.
This is a full time position that requires day evening and weekend availability.

Education

Bachelors or better.
