Job Title: Customer Support Representative (German Market) Urgent Hiring!
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Job Type: Fulltime Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Germanspeaking customers via phone email and chat.
- Respond to inquiries about products services and general questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Nativelevel proficiency in German (C2).
- B2level proficiency in English (for internal communication and training).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude patience and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- No prior experience requiredfull training provided!
