Role Purpose
The Management Consulting Associate / Senior Associate will play a key role in delivering strategic solutions for the companys clients. The role involves leading project modules supporting client transformations and providing analytical insights. The consultant will contribute to client engagements support business development activities and work collaboratively with teams across Southeast Asia.

Team Management: The role may involve working with junior consultants or analysts as part of the project team.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Engage in project delivery supporting endtoend project workflows and managing specific workstreams as assigned.
Conduct detailed analysis of industry reports company profiles business models and financial statements to develop strategic recommendations.
Design and validate business plans and financial models as part of client transformation initiatives.
Support the preparation of clientfacing materials including pitch presentations proposals and business cases.
Conduct both primary and secondary research including interviews surveys and desk research to gather relevant market insights.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and regional offices to ensure smooth execution of multimarket projects.
Ensure the quality of deliverables is in alignment with the companys standards and methodologies.
Additional Responsibilities
Contribute to internal knowledge development and best practice sharing.
Support firmwide development initiatives such as internal training and community engagement activities.
Requirements
Musthave Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance or a quantitative field from a reputable institution.
At least 3 years of experience in management consulting project management within banks or relevant PMO roles.
Indepth understanding of banking products financial systems and industry regulations.
Experience working with Corporate/SME banking payments or digital transformation (D/X) projects.
Proficiency in data analysis market research and financial modeling.
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel PowerPoint and other data visualization platforms.
NicetoHave Requirements
Advanced degrees (MBA or equivalent) are a plus.
Experience with agile project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with Southeast Asian or emerging market business environments.
