Job Description: Social Media German Content Moderator (Porto Office)

Location: Porto Office Park Porto
Schedule: Rotative Shifts 24/7 (2 daysoff per week)
Contract Type: Permanent Contract
Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented German Content Moderator to join our team. The role involves reviewing updating and managing content on social media platforms ensuring compliance with legal and copyright standards and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Review online videos content complaints and legal notices received from end customers regarding incorrect decisions on their copyright materials.
- Update and manage content on popular social media platforms.
- Audit and verify content before sharing it for social media uploads.
- Ensure that the service provided to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client products and services.
- Strictly adhere to accuracy guidelines set by the client.
- Safeguard customer data and ensure compliance with relevant processes and regulations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
- Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in PC usage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and tolerance for repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions maintaining a professional and pleasant tone.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including rotating shifts.
- An associate degree in a related field and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation.
