Job Description
Position: Documentation and Accounting Assistant (Fulltime)
Location: Seattle CA (onsite)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (35hours/week)
We are currently seeking a Documentation and Accounting Assistant for a Japanese Food Distributor.
Job duties:
- Process sales and purchase invoices including documentation review
- Assist in the preparation of import/export shipping documents.
- Perform accounting entries and close activities
- Perform other administration/accounting/documentation duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Native level in Japanese Business level in English
- 3 years of relevant data entry experience in a financial system.
- Able to perform analysis and reconciliations.
- Attention to detail
- Handle highvolume documents in a fastpaced environment
- Experience with import/export documentation is a plus but not a must
