Job Description
Work In Center Monday Friday 7:45am 4:30pm
Once per week supervise inhome clients 4:30pm 6:30pm
Perform Assessments (VBMapp AFLS Social Skills Solutions etc)
Create Individualized researchbased client programs
Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
Supervise Interns and RBTs incenter and inhome
Weekly staff meetings and quarterly inservice trainings
Insurance correspondence (preauth requests)
Safety Management
Cleaning Duties
Qualifications/Requirements:
Maintains BACB Certification
Maintains State Certification
Maintains BLS / CPR certification
Maintains NPI number
Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training
Maintains updated CAQH account
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or other related field from an accredited university
No criminal background
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to lift at least 40 pounds to sit on the floor and to be physically active
