Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team and support a prestigious client in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform implementation with expertise in Vulnerability Management SecOps and Change Management. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Responsibilities:
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions for Vulnerability Management SecOps and Change Management modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions that address business needs.
- Lead the configuration customization and implementation of the ServiceNow platform to optimize workflows and processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices ensuring solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to stakeholders and endusers.
- Stay uptodate with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
