Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: South Essex UK
Salary: 65000 to 80000 per annum

About the Role
Are you ready to take charge of electrical maintenance and drive innovation Join our team as an Electrical Engineer where youll lead preventative maintenance own a 5year asset improvement plan and optimise the performance of fixed and mobile plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electrical maintenance ensuring peak performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for plant failures.
  • Oversee condition monitoring systems and analyse data for improvements.
  • Ensure safety compliance and continuous improvement in all activities.

MustHaves:

  • 18th Edition qualification.
  • HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering (degree preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge of Siemens S5/S7 Allen Bradley and Profinet systems.
  • Experience with CMMS Maximo and preventive maintenance systems.
  • Exceptional problemsolving project management and leadership skills.
