Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing designs for land development projects.
Facilitating site inspections and coordinating feasibility assessments.
Preparing project plans and carrying them out.
Calculating estimated costs for projects.
Learning all relevant government regulations and codes.
Finding solutions to problems and producing presentations to showcase them.
Coordinating with team members clients and public agencies.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers and plotter.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
Registered P.E. or the ability to obtain within 3 years of employment.
2 years of relevant land development design experience.
Experience with land development site layouts grading and stormwater design utility design and erosion and sediment control design.
Experience with codes and regulations.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required.
Proficient in AutoCAD hydrology and hydraulic modeling software.
