Job Description
TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- You are leading complex changes as CTOwner until their closure by using the CM tool and the applying processes.
- You are setting up change timelines ensure a smooth communication within the change team and follow up the activities to implement the change successfully.
- In case of changes that affect several sites or products you ensure an information exchange between the different locations.
- You monitor the execution of each change using the CM tool. You put special focus that timelines are kept and customer communication is conducted in time.
- You continuously improve change management processes as well as the tool together with the global change controller team.
YOUR PROFILE:
- you studied Engineering or business Administration
- You are aware of automotive standards in regards to change management
- You have expericene in projectmanagement and evaluation of business case evaluations
- You have experience in sharepoint online and fun in KPI analyis and identifying measures
- You have an independent as well as goaloriented working style
- You impress those around you with your enthusiasm commitment and open communication.
- Ideally you have expereices in powerApps (power automate PowerBi
