A passion for fantasy worlds has long been ingrained in our studio and at last we can announce we have embarked on a journey into that beloved realm. With a party of veteran IOI guild members and new wizards and sorceresses of the industry we are building an ambitious new IP for console and PC that will revolutionize the online fantasy RPG genre. We are looking for a Senior Producer (Art & Audio) to join our creative guild and help forge the production of this groundbreaking fantasy RPG. This is a permanent position based in one of our studios with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
What you will do:
- Oversee and drive the production of art and audio assets resolving challenges with a handson approach.
- Iterate on and maintain production processes for Art and Audio teams ensuring efficient workflows and consistent output quality
- Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps aligning art and audio milestones with overall project goals.
- Manage and prioritize director schedules ensuring effective time allocation for creative and operational needs.
- Streamline art and audio pipelines ensuring highquality deliverables and efficient workflows.
- Provide clear actionable updates to stakeholders ensuring alignment and informed decisionmaking.
Who you are:
- Deeply experienced in art and audio production for AAA projects with strong knowledge of pipelines and workflows.
- Adept at resolving complex production challenges and making strategic decisions under pressure.
- Highly organized and capable of creating and managing detailed roadmaps and production plans.
- Excellent communicator ensuring clear and precise alignment between teams and leadership.
- Proactive and strategic with a proven ability to balance immediate needs and longterm objectives.
- (Bonus) Familiarity working crosslocation and with Outsource teams
