Facility Orchard Park Health and Rehabilitation Center
Address 4755 S 48th St Tacoma WA 98409
Duration Permanent (FTE)
Shift 8:00 AM 4:30 PM; 40 hours MondayFriday Weekend Rotation
Salary range: Varies depending on discipline)
Cannot take new
147 beds SNF setting.
2 years of DOR experience is ideal.
