Job Title: Dialysis RN
Facility: Bay Creek Dialysis Center
Address: 2010 Empire Blvd Webster NY 14580
Contract: 8 weeks
Pay Rate: $60/hr on W2
Shift Notes: MF 5:15a10p 8/10 hour shifts Must be flexible to work between those hours Rotating Saturdays
Another Location:
Seneca Ridge
370 East Ridge Road
Float to other locations as needed
Details for Seneca Location:
Home Dialysis RN Home hemodialysis experience with NxStage
Experience within at least the last 5 years
MF 8a4:30p
