Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements across various industries.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff fostering professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships serving as a trusted advisor.
- Review audit workpapers and financial statements for GAAP IFRS and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and communicate risks and improvement opportunities to clients and senior management.
- Stay current on auditing standards and ensure team compliance.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors in Accounting Finance or related field; Masters preferred.
- Certification: CPA required; additional certifications (CIA CISA) a plus.
- Experience: 57 years in public accounting/auditing with a proven track record in managing audits and supervising teams.
- Technical Skills: Indepth knowledge of GAAP GAAS SEC reporting and proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication analytical and problemsolving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
