Shift: 8 am 5 pm
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves a variety of tasks including order processing customer inquiries and problemsolving.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Order Processing:
Process customer orders accurately and timely.
Create and distribute packing lists and invoices.
Monitor and maintain the defect log.
Product Knowledge:
Stay uptodate on product information company policies and industry trends.
Provide accurate information to customers and internal teams.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage customer files and information.
Process literature requests.
Prepare and distribute daily sales reports.
Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Positive attitude and a customercentric approach
Physical Demands:
Regular sitting standing and walking
Frequent use of hands and keyboard
Occasional lifting of up to 5 pounds
Ability to work in a moderate noise level office environment
