What will you do:
Product Management is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle from inception to retirement of IT
products that are delivered to our customers business associates and consumers. The job family manages the relationship between WS business functions and IT to provide IT product and user experience solutions to meet the needs of the business.
What you know
- For project of moderate scope and complexity
- Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide product and user experience solutions to meet the business needs
- Develops high level business requirements and translates them into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
- Prepares requirements specifications business process and recommendations
- Uses skills as a seasoned experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
- Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways
- Demonstrate good interpersonal business communication and writing skills
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships
- Strong decisionmaking capabilities can help associates department/unit achieve results
- Frequently interacts with functional peers and supervisors normally involving matters within the department or internal customers
- Often participates in a cooperative effort among members of a project team
- Receives ongoing instruction on daytoday work detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
Education
Bachelors degree is a must.
