Job Description
Position Title: Anaplan Lead Architect
Compensation: $87 per hour
Duration: FullTime (6Month Contract)
Location: Hybrid in New York NY (23 days in office)
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anaplan Solution Architect/Lead Developer to design develop and implement solutions using Anaplan. In this role you will support key business processes such as incentive compensation management performance reporting analytics planning and budgeting. As the lead developer you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams provide technical expertise and optimize Anaplan models to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree required.
- Experience Level:
- At least 7 years of experience with Anaplan including a minimum of 3 implementations focusing on incentive compensation and revenue models.
- Extensive experience in Anaplan solution architecture and model building.
- Expertise in core financial processes such as incentive compensation management performance reporting/analytics planning budgeting and forecasting.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in designing and optimizing Anaplan applications including data models and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Skilled in documenting complex models and processes professionally.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to challenge and refine requirements constructively.
- Selfdriven and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Certifications: Anaplan certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- A passion for creating holistic endtoend integrated solutions.
- Strong experience in leveraging Anaplan features and enhancements to optimize user experience and streamline processes.
- Ability to automate manual processes and improve system integration.

- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across teams including finance IT and data departments.
