Supports end users with day to day SAP FICO issues.
Strong Handson SAP FICO experience with good knowledge about integration and impact on other SAP modules.
Assists in the execution of SAP ECC and provides inputs to SAP BW and SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) for all business units.
Follows company safety policies and procedures.

Assists with the development of and maintenance of assigned project plans. (25%)
Assists with business user interviews and elicits documents and analyzes business applications requirements. Documents current operational procedures problems and levels of systems access. Addresses interdepartmental issues. (25%)
Champions and sells improvement ideas using effective costbenefit analysis. Designs system solutions by translating business requirements into system setup and/or configuration to positively impact the business. (20%)
Maintains user access roles and authorizations including compliance with segregation of duties policies. (5%)
Assists with testing and cutover activities. Documents test plans and facilitates integration testing acceptance testing and defect resolution. (15%)
Creates and maintains documentation for system design configuration testing and business processes. (10%)
Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze design and implement solutions within the SAP FICO module ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Understand and manage the integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as SD MM PP and HR ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.
Configure and customize SAP FICO to meet specific business needs including General Ledger (FIGL) Accounts Payable (FIAP) Accounts Receivable (FIAR) Asset Accounting (FIAA) and Controlling (CO).
Support and enhance SAP BW and BI reporting ensuring accurate data extraction and reporting from SAP FICO.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize financial processes and reporting capabilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP FICO and related modules providing expert support to endusers.
Lead or participate in SAP projects including upgrades migrations and implementations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP FICO configurations integrations and reporting processes.
Train and support endusers in understanding and utilizing SAP FICO and its related reporting tools.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Show proficiency in the SAP Financial and Controlling functional modules including linkage to Sales/Distibution Materials Purchasing and production modules.
An understanding of the finance and controlling data structure to assist in creating SAP or BOBJ reports for the business.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues associated with the use or function of assigned applications.
Help design system solutions by translating business requirements into system configuration to positively impact the business.
Analyze identify root cause and recommend solutions for a broad scope of organizational and/or geographical complexities.
Facilitate interact with and resolve issues among individuals from a variety of cultures and disciplines.
Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrate good practical and objective problemsolving skills.
Show integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Show proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education & Knowledge
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or Information Technology preferred.
SAP university training is a plus.
An understanding of SAP FICO configuration project management principles (PMP) and user acceptance testing.
An understanding of business system implementation issues.
Work Experience
At least three years of hands on experience with SAP configuration and support including at least 1 SAP rollout.
Handson experience with SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling. Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
Experience with SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) is a plus.
Experience creating and maintaining end user and technical documentation.
SCOPE: Describe geographic area project size and financial responsibility as required.
Serves assigned organization in any region or country.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: How many and what types of roles are supervised.
No supervisory responsibilities but may serve as a resource to others.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Reports to SAP Director. Normally works with and receives direction from SAP Director Project Manager or other SAP Anlaysts. Can also work independently on certain projects.
