Job Description
ERP SAVVY is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance / EAM Lead/Architect with extensive experience in SAP Work Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes and a proven track record in leading SAP Plant Maintenance implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead the design implementation and support of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
- Work Manager Expertise: Utilize extensive experience with SAP Work Manager to enhance mobile asset management capabilities.
- System Design: Architect and design robust SAP PM/EAM solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM/EAM with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and provide expert guidance on SAP PM/EAM solutions.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP PM/EAM implementations.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for system design configuration and user training.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 15 years of extensive experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management with a strong focus on SAP Work Manager.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP PM/EAM configuration SAP Work Manager and integration with other SAP modules.
- Project Management: Proven experience in leading SAP implementation projects.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Remote Work: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: SAP PM/EAM certification is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as utilities manufacturing or oil and gas.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
