Job Description
ERP SAVVY is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect with a minimum of 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating the clients business requirements into specific systems applications or process designs with interlocked financial modeling for very large complex technical solutions. This role involves analyzing customer service requirements and designing service solutions to meet those objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate client business requirements into specific systems applications or process designs.
- Construct specific solutions scope documents risk profiles and corresponding financials.
- Maintain and utilize detailed industry and internal services knowledge to construct industryleading service solutions.
- Construct detailed solutions encompassing process technology and staffing plans for customer sales opportunities.
- Perform risk assessments and develop corresponding remediation plans for complex service proposals.
- Participate in the construction of detailed financial models that align with complex service proposals.
- Compose Statements of Work or other documents using departmental automation tools to craft detailed and accurate deliverables.
- Provide expert advice as a Subject Matter Expert for technical services to both internal and external customers.
- Follow all organizational Standard Operating Procedures related to cost modeling approvals reviews and other associated workflows and deliverables.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced and/or managerial computer systems analysis work.
- Coordinate the planning budgeting and analysis of user requirements procedures and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems.
- Implement the management and automation of processing or improvement of existing systems.
- Perform business use case analysis product/tool integration analysis and recommend solutions with Okta.
- Perform handson technical design configuration development integrations and troubleshooting of IAM/Okta solutions.
- Automate Okta solution deployments to deliver highquality software.
- Implement user onboarding and offboarding automation with seamless communication between directories and onprem/cloud applications.
- Document data flow and deployment architecture diagrams including various Okta integrations.
- Work closely with different teams both technical and nontechnical.
- Lead and ensure best practices and methodologies are applied to the design deployment and operations.
- Provide technical oversight review and quality control throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience with Identity and Access Management tools processes and support.
- Proven leadership abilities with technical and project teams.
- 12 years of experience with IBM Security Identity Manager (ITIM/ISIM) IBM Security Access Manager (TAM/ISAM) or similar IAM software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- 12 years of experience with 24x7 oncall rotation.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management and LDAP best practices.
- 12 years of experience in authentication authorization and securing access for applications devices and users.
- 12 years of experience in migrating users between directories.
- Expertise in IAM design patterns lifecycle management modules and user lifecycle management.
- 10 years of experience in designing configuring and implementing Okta solutions.
- Familiarity with authentication methods such as SAML OAuth and OIDC.
- 10 years of experience with onboarding applications into Okta and implementing user lifecycle management with Okta.
- 10 years of experience in integrating applications using Okta Gateway and implementing Okta integrations in multitenant environments.
- 10 years of experience in automating Okta solutions using Jenkins or related technologies.
- 10 years of experience in implementing cloudbased solutions leveraging AWS and expertise in authentication and authorization using Okta SailPoint or similar technologies.
- Endtoend deployment experience with Okta and SailPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong written and oral communication skills including public presentations and technical writing.
- 12 years of experience with RSA IAM Oracle IdM DatapoJava JavaScript or WebSphere and technical knowledge of various LDAP repositories.
- Project management skills and experience managing projects.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate complex federal and state legislation program policy and operations issues related to IAM projects.
- 12 years of experience with technologies such as Java JavaScript HTML JSON Python SQL and Linux.
- Familiarity with LDAP browsers like LBE Softerra LDAP Browser Apache Directory Studio and similar tools.
- Security certifications.
- 10 years of experience integrating Okta with Single Page Applications using JWT OAuth and related technologies.
- Handson experience with CI/CD methodologies and containerized application deployments.
- 8 years of experience with Federated Identity Manager Single SignOn Tivoli Directory Integrator or similar software products.
- 8 years of experience with WebSphere or JBoss configuration for robust authorization using Okta and SailPoint.
- Prior experience with IBM Datapower IBM Security Identity Manager Security Access Manager Security Directory Integrator ITIM Adapters and IBM Security Directory Server.
- Handson experience with Agile Development Methodologies preferably Scrum.
