Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive strategic initiatives within our Cloud Data Engineering & Analytics team. In this role you will manage the planning execution and delivery of datacentric projects ensuring alignment with business objectives technical requirements and stakeholder expectations. You will oversee multiple crossfunctional teams working on cloudbased data solutions from ETL pipeline development to machine learning applications and ensure that the programs are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with experience in program management strong technical acumen in cloud data engineering and a proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. This role requires a combination of project management expertise a deep understanding of data systems and the ability to manage complex programs in fastpaced dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Lead and manage crossfunctional programs involving multiple teams including data engineers data scientists business analysts and stakeholders to ensure successful execution and delivery of cloudbased data solutions.
Project Planning & Execution: Define program goals scope timelines and deliverables in collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans manage schedules and track progress against milestones.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders across various teams ensuring clear communication on project status potential risks and any roadblocks. Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage expectations.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration across diverse teams (engineering analytics operations etc.) to ensure alignment and drive program success. Provide guidance and support to project teams to achieve program objectives.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues develop mitigation strategies and escalate as necessary to minimize project delays or disruptions.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that data solutions meet the required quality standards and adhere to best practices in data governance privacy and security.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve program processes tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in data engineering and analytics initiatives.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive program documentation including project timelines status reports risks and action items. Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage program budgets and resource allocation ensuring projects stay within budget and are staffed appropriately to meet deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Program Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex crossfunctional programs preferably in the tech data engineering or cloud domain.
Cloud Data Engineering Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud data technologies to be able to manage the interactions with the teams especially AWS services like S3 Glue Redshift Athena and QuickSight. Experience with ETL processes data pipelines and data warehousing is highly desirable.

Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency with project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall. Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and PI Planning (Program Increment Planning) is highly preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and collaborate with a wide range of teams.
ProblemSolving: Ability to identify problems early and proactively develop solutions to keep programs on track.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex datarelated projects break them into actionable steps and monitor progress through completion.
Technical Background:
Experience in a technical field such as data engineering data science or software engineering.
Data Analytics & Machine Learning: Familiarity with data analytics platforms like QuickSight and machine learning frameworks such as SageMaker.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how data engineering and analytics drive business value and the ability to connect technical work with business goals.
Agile/Scrum Experience: Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment and familiarity with tools like JIRA or Confluence for project tracking.
Cloud Certifications: AWS certifications are a plus.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field. A Masters degree or an MBA is a plus.
5 years of professional experience in program management preferably with a focus on data engineering cloud computing or technologybased projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing largescale crossfunctional programs and delivering results on time and within budget.
