Job Description

Independent Advertising Agency Seeks to Hire an Account Supervisor to Manage Strategic Projects and Lead Relationships with Key Client.

The primary objective of the role is to ensure impeccable account management driving client success through effective coordination strategic planning and execution of creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee key accounts ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Act as the main liaison between the client and internal creative and production teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose innovative strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of campaigns monitor progress and present results.
  • Participate in strategic meetings with clients providing expert advice and building trustful relationships.
  • Prepare clear and precise briefings for internal teams ensuring client expectations align with deliverables.

Required Profile

  • Native English speaker or C2 level (essential).
  • Background in Advertising Marketing Communication or related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles preferably in advertising agencies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized solutionoriented and resultsdriven profile with the ability to work in a team.
  • Residence in Barcelona (for hybrid model) or in Edinburgh Glasgow or surrounding areas (for 100% remote work).

Agencia de Publicidad Independiente Busca Contratar a un Supervisor de Cuentas para Gestionar Proyectos Estratgicos y Liderar Relaciones con Clientes Clave.

El objetivo principal del puesto es garantizar una gestin impecable de cuentas impulsando el xito del cliente a travs de una coordinacin eficaz planificacin estratgica y ejecucin de campaas creativas.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Gestionar y supervisar cuentas clave asegurando la satisfaccin y fidelizacin de los clientes.
  • Planificar y coordinar campaas publicitarias garantizando la entrega dentro de los plazos y presupuestos acordados.
  • Actuar como el principal enlace entre el cliente y los equipos internos creativos y de produccin.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de las cuentas existentes y proponer estrategias innovadoras.
  • Supervisar la implementacin de las campaas realizar seguimiento y presentar resultados.
  • Participar en reuniones estratgicas con clientes ofreciendo asesoramiento experto y construyendo relaciones de confianza.
  • Elaborar briefings claros y precisos para los equipos internos asegurando que las expectativas del cliente estn alineadas con los entregables.

Perfil Requerido

  • Nativo en ingls o nivel C2 (imprescindible).
  • Formacin en Publicidad Marketing Comunicacin o reas afines.
  • Mnimo 6 aos de experiencia en roles similares preferentemente en agencias de publicidad.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicacin y negociacin.
  • Perfil organizado orientado a soluciones y resultados con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Residencia en Barcelona (para modelo hbrido) o en Edimburgo Glasgow o alrededores (para teletrabajo 100%).


Ofrecemos

  • Retribucin competitiva: entre 38000 y 40000 euros brutos anuales fijos.
  • Modelo de trabajo flexible: hbrido en Barcelona o 100% remoto desde el Glasgow Edimburgo.
