Job Description
Rates: Up to $200k per year
Location: Los Angeles hybrid 3 days per week in office

As a Senior AI Engineer youll be at the forefront of our efforts to deliver cuttingedge AI solutions that solve real business challenges for our customers. You will be designing developing and deploying advanced machine learning models while integrating large language model (LLM) APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic. Youll also explore both commercial and opensource LLMs and build workflows leveraging AI agents to optimize and streamline customer operations.

Develop and maintain AIpowered features integrating backend AI/ML solutions into our platforms broader capabilities.

Write clean efficient and scalable code with high test coverage and robust documentation.

Build and enhance AI integrations using RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Collaborate closely with QA engineers to ensure highprecision productionready solutions.

Prototype and propose technical solutions to address complex challenges.

Design build and maintain automated testing frameworks (unit integration and UI tests).

Mentor teammates share technical expertise and contribute to improving engineering standards.

Shape the technical roadmap alongside your squad driving shortterm deliverables and longterm goals.

Conduct design and code reviews ensuring technical excellence and knowledge sharing across teams.

Advocate for AI/ML best practices across the organization and explore opportunities to scale their adoption.

Communicate technical concepts effectively to product teams leadership and external stakeholders.

5 years of experience as a seniorlevel engineer including designing and implementing APIs platforms and developer tools.

Demonstrated ability to lead by example as an individual contributor and guide junior engineers.

Proficiency in JavaScript/ECMAScript with a focus on clean reusable and welltested code.

Strong experience building and testing applications/components using React.js in production environments.

Solid background with Node.js including building features with REST and GraphQL APIs (Apollo experience preferred).

Experience with Python frameworks such as Flask FastAPI or Starlette is a strong plus.

Prior exposure to integrating and building AI/ML features or pipelines.

Familiarity with MaterialUI and CI/CD environments is a plus.

Strong debugging profiling and performance monitoring skills.

Bachelors Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fields.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (3 days inoffice 2 days remote).
